We are looking for ENERGY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PROJECT SALES MANAGER with motivation and energy.

  • Graduated from Electrical, Energy Engineering or equivalent departments of universities,
  • 5 years experienced in business development and project sales,
  • Experienced in power plants (especially RES) and HV, MV, LV electrical systems,
  • Having a good level of English,
  • Communication, organization and coordination skills developed,
  • Strong communication, analytical, careful, disciplined, solution-oriented and responsible,
  • Active vehicle use,
  • Without a travel barrier,

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Increase and develop projects and project sales in the electricity production market,
  • Performing customer visits, following the offers submitted, finalizing the work within the proposal and project teams and team work,
  • Identifying trends and new strategies in the sector and processes,
  • Increasing the market share and increasing the portfolio of new customers,
  • Co-ordination of customer complaints.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in robotics, software and tech industry in sales and business engagement roles. 
  • Excellent technical and project oversight skills

  • Must be able to demonstrate an ability to develop and maintain long term client relationships
  • Must have strong presentation skills

DESCRIPTION

·   Responsible for the development and implementation of the YEO Digital and Robotics business

·   Help to drive business growth and expansion in Turkey in discrete- and process-manufacturing, automotive, transportation and the other target segments.

·   Develop and execute a digital and robotics business plan to meet or exceed the targets

·   Have an existing customer relationship and network in the industry and across industries at Executive Level and leverages those relationships.

·   Develop new accounts and markets in Turkey and push new solutions and technologies based on the requirements.

·   Lead and Drive the development of capable, lean and efficient team – both in sales and application

·   Build and embed the necessary capabilities and resources to deliver digital solutions and robotics solutions.

·   Leads effective relationship with partner companies and business partners, and develops large opportunities together with them

·   Maintain knowledge of industry trends, associated solutions, and key partners.

·   Close cooperation and collaboration with YEO Group companies and the functions in the group companies.

QUALIFICATIONS

As a solution partner of ABB, water and wastewater, petrochemical, energy, mining & cement, food and pharmaceutical sectors, in the field of Electrical & Automation & Instrumentation, YEO, which will provide turn-key solutions, will be recruited as 'Project Proposal Engineer' .

  • Graduated from Electrical, Electrical / Electronics departments of universities,
  • At least 4 years experienced,
  • Good command of English,
  • Electrical and automation projects of industrial facilities
  • Knowledge of low voltage and switchgear materials used in electrical and automation projects,
  • Have experience to interpret electrical automation projects, offer suggestions and alternatives when necessary,
  • MS Office programs,
  • High energy, strong communication ability,No domestic and overseas travel barrier,
  • Preferably on the Asian side of Istanbul (Maltepe, Cevizli, Kartal, Pendik, Tuzla, Gebze).

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Analyzing quotation requests for domestic and international projects, evaluating customer needs, budgeting by making budget work, proposing by making appropriate product / system selections,
  • Regular monitoring of tenders, entering the required information into the system if the proposal is recorded,
  • To work in coordination with other units when necessary,
