He laid the foundations of YEO Teknoloji Enerji ve Endüstri A.Ş. in 2004 to provide innovative solutions in the industrial automation sector and continued as one of the founding partners. Since 2004, he has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO.
He graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Electrical Engineering, with a bachelor’s degree. He completed his MBA program at Gebze Technical University and then attended the PhD program in Economics at Maltepe University. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Business Administration at Istanbul Kültür University.
Tolunay Yıldız is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Young Businessmen’s Association (TÜGİAD) and a member of the Executive Board of the Ukraine and Uzbekistan Business Councils and the Energy Business Council of the Foreign Economic Relations Board of Türkiye (DEİK).
Tolunay Yıldız is also a member of Dii Middle East and North Africa Energy Sector Association and Electromechanical Industrialists Association (EMSAD). He also holds an ‘Angel Investor’ license.
He has 36 years of management experience, was a founder partner of Yılmaz Mühendislik End. Yap. ve Yüksek Yap. İnş. Mak. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. in 1997 and Yılmaz İnşaat Makina Elektrik ve Mühendislik Hiz. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. in 2007i and is still serving as a member of the Board of Directors. He has successfully completed many important projects from many sectors in construction and industrial fields.
He is currently chairman of the board of the Global Resources Partnership and The London Energy Club, both based in London. He is also chairman of the advisory board of The Middle East Institute, based in Washington. Besides, he is an independent board member of The Gulf Opportunity Fund and a partner at EUFocus (Brussels).
His professional career over the last 35 years has been distinguished by high-level government, business, and international organization engagements. He is a graduate of Ankara University, METU, London School of Economics, and College d’Europe.
Previously, he worked as a member of İşbank’s Board of Auditors, an advisor to the Prime Minister, a career diplomat in Ankara, Beijing, Brussels, a senior executive at the International Energy Agency and OECD in Paris. He then joined BG Group (now part of Shell) as a director. Until recently, he served as an independent board member and committee chairman on the boards of Genel Energy plc, Yaşar Holding, and Şişecam Group.
He has served on the advisory boards of multinational energy, high-tech, high-speed rail, cyber security, strategic communications, and financial services companies such as Invensys, Dimetronics, Windsor Energy Group, Trinüs Capital, and KCS Security.

Having gained experience in more than 40 countries by assuming tasks relating to strategy, business development, mergers and acquisitions in international companies, Mustafa Kopuk is the Managing Partner of venture capital funds based in the Netherlands and Türkiye, including DOMiNO Ventures, TechOne Venture Capital, and WePlay Ventures. He plays various roles in many NGOs and organizations related to entrepreneurship. Tarvenn Ventures, led by Mustafa Kopuk, made 18 investments in 2020 and has more than 30 startups in its portfolio.
Prof. Dr. Sinan Alçın is the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Management Sciences (IYBF) at Beykoz University and the author of numerous books, articles, and research works in the fields of industrial and technology economics, employment policies, and global economy. He has also developed a test (test4ware) that performs situation analysis for industry and service sectors on Industry 4.0 and is a Leader Partner of the Next Leaders Club (NLC). In addition to being an economic and management consultant, he serves as an independent board member.
He was born in Paris in 1972. He graduated from Galatasaray High School in 1992. He graduated with a degree in Economics and Finance from the Sorbonne University in France. He holds various licenses, including CMB Advanced Level, CMB Derivatives, ISE Bonds and Bills, CMB Corporate Rating, US Series 7, Series 63 and Series 55. He speaks French, English, German, and Italian.
