REAP Batarya Teknolojileri A.Ş.
A 100 percent subsidiary of YEO Technology.
It started its operations to provide one-stop research and development, design and engineering, procurement and production, operation and maintenance services in energy storage systems. It aims to become one of Europe’s leading technology manufacturers by starting mass production in the last quarter of 2023. An energy storage system production plant with an annual production capacity of 5 GWh will be realized with an investment of $50 million.
REY Energy
A 50 percent affiliate of YEO Technology.
REY Energy was established in the UK as a joint venture with Ryse Energy, a UK-based wind turbine manufacturer and small-scale renewable system manufacturer, and will provide EPC services for UK and UK-funded overseas renewable energy projects.
DEFIC Globe
A 51 percent subsidiary of YEO Technology.
Developing comprehensive renewable energy projects on a global scale, providing access to financial resources and undertaking turnkey construction of projects, it offers investors ready projects with licenses.
YEO Hydrogen GmbH
A 100 percent subsidiary of YEO Technology.
Based on YEO’s long years of experience in the field of renewable energy, it operates in the fields of project development, planning, construction, operation, sales, integration and trade for all products and services related to ‘Green Hydrogen’. It is the first and only member of Dii’s MENA Hydrogen Alliance from Türkiye. As a member of the World Hydrogen Leaders Platform, it contributes to the improvement of the ecosystem, technological developments, and creation of collaborations.
Ni-Cat
A 10 percent affiliate of YEO Technology.
It conducts artificial intelligence-supported research and development studies for the development of low-cost / high-performance, ultra-high density battery materials.
Mikrohes
A 50 percent affiliate of YEO Technology.
It operates to convert the untapped energy in rivers with low fall and/or flow rates into electrical energy without disturbing the ecological balance. It also works on the development of hybrid energy generation and storage systems with MİKROHES’ integrated solar energy and storage systems.
Marinergy
A 100 percent subsidiary of YEO Technology.
It offers turnkey integrated solutions including floating solar power generation plants, offshore wind power generation plants, and offshore substations and distribution networks.
Grid Technologies

It was established in Azerbaijan to expand our services and solutions for the industrial sectors in Azerbaijan and other Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). It offers customized solutions for both new and existing plants (from small-scale compact units to large-scale plants in major utility sectors).

Ion Membranes, yeşil enerji endüstrisi için iyon değişim membranları ve ayırıcılar geliştirmekte ve üretmektedir. Çözümlerimiz pillerde, elektrolizörlerde, yakıt hücrelerinde, klor-alkali tesislerinde, elektrodiyaliz suyu arıtma proseslerinde ve iyonik aralık ayrımının gerekli olduğu diğer alanlarda kullanılmaktadır.
