Stakeholder Management

As YEO, we consider not only our internal processes but also the relationships we establish with external stakeholders to be an integral part of our corporate responsibility in order to achieve our sustainable development goals. In all areas where we operate, we strive to develop a trust-based, transparent and continuous communication mechanism with stakeholder groups that have different expectations.

Our interaction with stakeholders is not limited to the transfer of information; it is also aimed at ensuring strategic alignment through two-way feedback mechanisms. Customer satisfaction surveys, employee satisfaction and engagement measurements, supplier evaluation surveys, social impact studies, official notifications and consultation meetings with public institutions are among the main tools serving this purpose. In addition, regular information and interaction activities are carried out through our social media and digital communication channels.

As an organisation, we have updated our commitments in line with the UNGC principles and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in order to act in accordance with international references in the field of sustainability. In this regard, our sustainability practices, which address priority issues such as energy management, combating climate change, ethical compliance, human rights, gender equality, health and safety in line with stakeholder expectations, are regularly reported and shared with the public.

At YEO, the health, safety and well-being of our employees are among our top priorities, and this approach is integrated into our vision of ‘A Healthier Life is Possible’.

With the ‘A Healthier Life is Possible’ approach, we prioritise the health, safety and well-being of our employees. In addition to providing safe working environments, we develop practices aimed at increasing employee engagement and satisfaction. Employee satisfaction surveys are conducted regularly to enhance our employees’ wellbeing and social engagement, and the results are integrated into action plans.

Furthermore, the ‘Great Place to Work’ certification serves as external validation of our commitment to employee happiness.

Social Responsibility Projects

At YEO, we see adding value to society as part of our corporate responsibility; we prioritise projects focused on education, equality, child development and women’s empowerment.

Education Scholarship Program

Our scholarship programme for successful and deserving students offers financial support as well as internship and development opportunities. In collaboration with the Macedonia Energy Forum, we aim to increase female representation in the energy sector by awarding scholarships to female students studying at technical universities in Macedonia.

Support for Female Athletes

In 2024, in line with our social responsibility vision, we became the sponsor of Fenerbahçe Women’s Basketball Team. By supporting female athletes, we are contributing to the empowerment of women in sport and society.

Hope Branch Project

This year, we took a different approach to our traditional New Year promotions. On behalf of our customers and business partners, we launched the Umut Dalı Project by gifting bicycles to children in need. With these meaningful gifts, we brought joy to both the children and our friends who made this kindness possible.

Energetic YEO

The book project entitled “Energetic YEO”, which we have launched with the aim of raising energy awareness among children, is part of our social responsibility approach. Written by journalist and author Ömür Kurt, the book aims to reach a wide audience, from children to teachers, educational institutions to parents, with the goal of creating knowledge and awareness.
